Lampuuk Beach is very beautiful

Last summer, I had the opportunity to visit Pantai Lampuuk in Aceh, Indonesia. It was a truly remarkable experience that I will cherish forever.

When I arrived at Pantai Lampuuk, I was immediately struck by its stunning natural beauty. The white sandy beach stretched out as far as the eye could see, and the crystal-clear turquoise water sparkled under the bright sun. It was truly a sight to behold.

One of the things that stood out to me the most about Pantai Lampuuk was the peaceful and serene atmosphere. Unlike other popular tourist destinations, it was not crowded with tourists, and I quickly found a quiet spot to relax and soak up the beauty around me.

I spent most of my time at Pantai Lampuuk swimming in the calm and refreshing water. The waves were mild, making it perfect for both experienced swimmers and beginners like myself. I could feel the stress and worries of everyday life wash away as I floated in the gentle waves.

Another highlight of my visit was the opportunity to go snorkeling. The underwater world at Pantai Lampuuk is teeming with vibrant and colorful marine life. I was amazed by the array of tropical fish and coral reefs that I encountered during my snorkeling adventure. It was like swimming in a real-life aquarium.

In addition to the stunning natural beauty, Pantai Lampuuk also offers various activities for visitors. I participated in a friendly game of beach volleyball with some locals, which was a lot of fun. There were also several food stalls where I could sample delicious local cuisine, such as grilled seafood and traditional Acehnese dishes.

Overall, my visit to Pantai Lampuuk was an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking beauty of the beach, the tranquil atmosphere, and the opportunity to immerse myself in the natural wonders of the sea left me in awe. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Aceh to make a trip to Pantai Lampuuk, as it truly is a hidden gem that should not be missed

Visit the Aceh Tsunami Museum

When I visited the Tsunami Museum in Aceh, I was met with a solemn and educational experience. The museum is a tribute to the devastating tsunami that struck Aceh on December 26, 2004, and the lives that were lost during that tragic event.

As I entered the museum, I was immediately struck by the design and architecture of the building. The structure is shaped like a ship that was washed ashore by the tsunami, serving as a symbolic reminder of the power and destruction of nature. It is surrounded by serene gardens, which create a peaceful ambiance.

Inside the museum, I was taken on a journey through the events of that fateful day. The exhibits showcased photographs, videos, and personal stories of survivors and victims. It was a haunting reminder of the human toll that natural disasters can have.

One exhibit that particularly stood out was a replica of a fishing boat, which was heavily damaged and carried several kilometers inland by the force of the tsunami. Seeing the boat up close made me realize the sheer power of the waves that swept across the coastal areas.

The museum also provided information on the scientific aspects of tsunamis, such as their causes and how warning systems work. This educational aspect was crucial in understanding the reasons behind the tragedy and how we can better prepare and respond to similar disasters in the future.

Throughout my visit, I couldn't help but feel a mix of sorrow and admiration. The museum effectively conveyed the resilience and strength of the Acehnese people in the face of such immense devastation. It highlighted the efforts towards rebuilding and recovery, showcasing the progress made over the years.

Leaving the museum, I couldn't help but reflect on the importance of disaster awareness and preparedness. It served as a reminder to appreciate the fragility of life and the importance of cherishing every moment.

Visiting the Tsunami Museum in Aceh was a deeply moving experience. It not only paid tribute to the lives lost, but also educated and inspired visitors to work towards a safer and more resilient future.

Good Habits to Have in Life

Habits or attitudes that are routinely carried out by humans can lead them to "who they are" in the future. Everything we think, say, and do is the result of deep habits that have been ingrained in our minds over the years. As stated earlier, this habit will help to encourage our success or even hinder the progress of our life. In fact, our current state and quality of life is a direct reflection of our daily habits.

Then, what are the best habits we need to have in life?

1. Focus on what we have.

Gratitude is an attitude of focus on what we have now.

2. Smiling is very good therapy.

One study showed that people who smile with a genuine smile are the happiest people in this world.

3. Always start the day with a healthy breakfast.

Breakfast is the most important part of life, especially to start the day. So many successful people believe that never skipping a healthy breakfast is one of the paths to success.

4. Drink warm or cold water with lemon juice.

Lemon is a natural source of Vitamin C, but Lemon also provides other health benefits such as, improving digestion, boosting the immune system, along with cleansing and rehydrating the body.

5. Exercise every day.

If a good morning starts with a healthy breakfast, exercise is the complement. Light activities like this can oxygenate our blood and increase endorphins in the body.

6. Walk 10,000 steps every day.

This is a good habit that is difficult for us to implement, especially for workers who spend most of their time sitting in front of a laptop or computer, and sitting in meeting rooms for hours on end.

7. Reduce and avoid unhealthy snacks.

8. Manage time well like managing money.

Time is money, but time is far more valuable than money. If the money runs out, we can still make money again by working, but if time is wasted, we will never be able to turn it back.

9. Make a list of daily goals, every day.

There is a reason why God created humans with minds and minds, not like animals and plants. This is why as humans we need to have goals every day, so that life feels more passionate.

10. Always look for inspiration.

We can watch inspirational videos or read inspirational stories from successful people to achieve their dream of living like them.

11. Consistently save and invest wisely.

"Saving the base of the rich", It's even better if we save consistently. Then, from the savings, we can invest. But keep in mind, we also have to be wise in investing, don't let us lose.

12. Control every expenditure made.

As Benjamin Franklin said, "Beware of small expenses, for a small leak will sink a great ship".

13. Never stop learning.

Learning is a good habit that needs to be applied continuously. "When we stop learning, we stop growing."

14. Get up early, every day.

When we wake up early in the morning (every day), we can do many things, especially morning routines that are very useful for getting through the day. Most people who wake up early, must be productive people.

15. Be generous with your time and money.

With the endless rush that we have, we need to be generous with the time and money we have. Especially, to loved ones like our family and close friends. Make them happy and our lives will also be happy.

16. Trying to face fear.

Avoiding fear is a very good habit. Why? Because fear can block us from pursuing success. Fear will only make our lives feel anxious and worried. Come on, let's get rid of fear from now on.

17. Act sooner, not later!

Try to act faster, don't procrastinate, especially for good things. The sooner we take action, the better.

18. Think positive.

Of course, positive thinking is one sure and absolute good habit. Almost all good habits start with positive thoughts.

19. Diligent reading.

Diligent reading can broaden our knowledge and make us broad-minded people. We need to practice these good habits so we don't become narrow-minded people.

20. Value sleep.

To be able to apply good habits, we need to have enough energy. That's why we need to appreciate every time we sleep.

Bad Habits That Can Damage Facial Skin

There are some bad habits that can damage facial skin. In fact, some of them you may often do without realizing it. What are these habits?

Exposure to free radicals that come from pollution, cigarette smoke, and sunlight are known to damage facial skin cells. Apart from environmental factors, damage to facial skin can also be caused by bad habits that are often carried out.

These Bad Habits Can Damage the Skin

The following are some habits that can damage facial skin:

1. Use of cosmetics and skin care with excessive alcohol content

Alcohol in cosmetics and skin care functions to make the product feel lighter when used as well as to preserve the product. Using it in small amounts is fine, but if the concentration of alcohol is too high and used by certain skin types, it can actually damage the skin.

Owners of dry and sensitive skin, or those who suffer from eczema and allergies, should choose alcohol-free cosmetics and skin care. Also avoid products that contain parabens and fragrances.

If your skin is irritated after using certain skin care products, there's nothing wrong with trying skin fasting or temporarily stopping its use to ensure that skin inflammation really occurs as a result of the skin care that is being used.

2. Sleeping with make up still on the face

Sleeping without removing make-up makes dirt and the rest of make-up accumulate on the face. As a result, the skin pores become clogged and pimples appear. So, don't forget to always clean the cosmetics that stick to your facial skin before going to bed so that your facial skin is not damaged.

3. Rarely clean makeup equipment

Makeup tools that are rarely cleaned can become a breeding ground for bacteria. As a result, when used on facial skin, it can increase the risk of skin infections. To prevent this condition, don't forget to regularly clean your makeup tools every week with warm water and mild soap.

4. Excessive skin scrub

If you clean your face with scrubs too often, your skin can lose its natural oils and you run the risk of experiencing irritation. It is enough to scrub your face three times a week and once or twice if your skin is prone to pimples and is dry. Also, avoid scrubbing if your facial skin is dry or irritated.

5. Bathe too long

As much as possible avoid the habit of taking a long bath because it can damage the skin. Just take a shower for 5-10 minutes, OK? Avoid bathing or washing your face with water that is too hot, because it can make the skin dry and even trigger burns.

In addition to some of the things above, smoking habits, drinking alcoholic beverages, frequent stress, likes to snack on sweet foods, and lack of sleep can also make facial skin look dull and aged.

Of the bad habits that can damage facial skin above, which one do you often do? stay away from these habits from now on so that your skin health is maintained.

The Year of the Water Rabbit, These are 3 Zodiac Signs that are believed to be lucky in 2023

Apart from the zodiac, there are also predictions from the Chinese horoscope which are often referred to as zodiac. According to Chinese Astrology, this new year 2023 is the year of the Water Rabbit. As in previous zodiac years, the year of the Water Rabbit comes to bring good luck, especially for the 3 zodiacs who are believed to have a fantastic year this year.

Here are the 3 luckiest zodiac signs in 2023 according to Feng Shui expert, Master Xiang Yi, launched from the Astrosage page. Check out the reviews.

1. Goat

The first Zodiac that is believed to be lucky in 2023 is the goat. The Chinese horoscope reveals that those of you with the Shio Goat will have to face several challenges in 2023.

However, don't be afraid because with this challenge you will explore yourself more and develop your full potential. All you need to achieve your goals is will and hard work.

In 2023, the hard work you put in will bring you success and peace of mind. Every hardship you face in this year will make you stronger than you have been in previous years.

Therefore, make the most of your talents and abilities. Undoubtedly, you will be surprised to see the results.

Financially, you will see significant improvements this year of the Rabbit. Maybe you will get a raise at your workplace.

For those of you who have your own business, don't worry because this year you will also enjoy huge profits. All the investments you made before will bring you great returns.

2. Dog

The Chinese horoscope for the Dog for 2023 says that they will experience great fortunes in this year of the Water Rabbit. Most aspects of your life will show growth which will make you happy in the future.

In this year too, you are surrounded by people who motivate and support you so you will feel blessed because of their presence.

However, you must remain patient and diligent in working hard to achieve your goals in life. Also, you must have the confidence to set bigger goals. Do not miss the slightest opportunity that is available.

The horoscope predicts that 2023 will be a period of happiness for you. If you have experienced stress in the past, then you will eliminate it this year as well.

Open your mind, start thinking clearly about the things that are bothering you. The reason is, there is nothing more satisfying than living a balanced, peaceful, and happy life.

3. Pork

Year 2023 will be a year full of luck and happiness for those of you who have the Pig sign. Everything that you have later will be yours this year.

All you need to do is set your sights on your goal and keep moving forward. When you fall, don't lose hope. As the saying goes, "Fall seven times, stand up eight".

The Chinese horoscope foretells that it is not too late if you want to make positive changes in your life. Most of the year will bring you prosperity in life, so be prepared to accept change.

You have to believe in your abilities and don't let other people mess up your life. Turn your dreams into reality and surprise everyone!

Those are the 3 zodiac signs that are believed to be lucky in 2023. However, please note that this is just a prediction. Just like what Master Feng Yi said, that this was just an annual game. If the zodiac forecast happens to be good, not necessarily. Also vice versa, if the prediction is bad, our life will not necessarily be bad.

5 Negative Sides of Cancer Zodiac Owners, Do You Know?

Those born between June 21 and July 21 are under the zodiac sign Cancer. The sign of this zodiac is the crab, which is often seen forming the number 69. This symbol represents a set of crab claws which represents a closed, yet quite protective zodiac sign.

They will not hesitate to attack those who try to disturb the safety of their family or loved ones. This is what makes him so loved, because of his caring nature. For Cancer, the happiness of their loved ones is the source of their own happiness.

However, behind the sweet side of a Cancer, it turns out that Cancer also has a negative side that makes it sometimes seem annoying. Summarizing from the Astroyogi and Pink Villa pages, here are 5 negative sides of the Cancer zodiac.

1. Easy to anger

Cancers are known to be the sign of the zodiac who get angry very easily, especially when they are jealous. At that time, they would become bold and defensive.

Whenever they feel annoyed, they will build up emotions that then explode even more. It's hard enough to cheer them up when they're angry. However, don't worry because they can stop this bad situation and will return to normal in time.

2. Moody

Cancers change their mood very easily. They can smile and be a comedian after crying a few minutes ago. Therefore, they are considered a moody zodiac.

3. Unpredictability

Because of their rapidly changing moods, Cancers can be unpredictable. They can be very open one moment, and then suddenly closed off.

4. Criticize yourself

When they feel neglected, they will criticize themselves strongly. Weak feelings of self can cause Cancer to become depressed if this happens continuously.

They are very sensitive to other people's opinions which causes them to tend to include all negative sentences about themselves. This is the reason why they always feel they are lacking. Worse than this, some of them can blame others for their shortcomings.

5. It's hard to express feelings

In general, Cancer men get caught up in misunderstandings easily because they have a hard time expressing their feelings in words. This is what worsens the communication between them and their own partner.
